Florida woman throws box of condoms at boyfriend’s head,

 A Florida couple was not safe when using a box of condoms.

Police in Manatee County arrested Dominique Claridge and William Hessian for domestic battery Saturday after Dominique allegedly injured her live-in boyfriend after throwing the box of prophylactics at his head, according to a police report obtained by The Smoking Gun.

The two 19 year-olds have lived together for the past year but had a fight over Hessian talking to another girl, police said. The argument occurred while the couple was driving in a car near their Bradenton residence.
During the argument Claridge threw the box of materials, typically used for protection, at Hessian's left eye - causing bruises, police said.

Hessian also told police his girlfriend had struck his body several times with a closed fist.
Claridge admitted to throwing the condoms but denied punching her boyfriend. She said her attack was provoked when Hessian physically attacked her.
Officers noted both suspects had evidence of injuries and they were both charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.
They are not booked in the county jail as of Monday afternoon, according to the facility's website.
